We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur. Prices listed in error will not be honored. If an order is placed with a lower product’s listed price than the actual price, we will advise the customer before shipping or cancel the order and notify the customer. Information that we communicate is not a contract, and should not be treated as such. The sole remedy of a customer acting on inaccurate or incorrect information is to request a cancellation of the order placed as a result of this incorrect information. If an order has been shipped, the customer agrees to return the product for full credit or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.

As a condition to using certain aspects of the Website, you may be required to register (or sign-in) with us and select a password to login with using your email address. You agree tol provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your account. Lippa’s, Inc is dedicated to protecting your personal data and to make your shopping experience safe and secure. Lippa’s, Inc uses a combination of industry-standard security and encryption technologies, processes and organizational procedures to keep your data from being accessed by unauthorized parties. We protect sensitive data (e.g. credit card information) at the time of entry using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We require validating information when you forget your password and we store your password on our servers in a non-human-readable form. We require that you enter the Credit Verification Value (CVV) along with your credit card number at checkout. All payments are processed on pages securely hosted by PayPal.

We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards require us to ship to your registered address. It is usually your billing address unless you have added an additional shipping address registered to your account. We verify your address before shipping. We also accept wire transfers. Once a wire transfer has been received, we can ship the paid item to specified address. Customers from outside the USA can pay by international credit card or bank wire transfer and must pay in US dollars. Any insurance and custom import duty incurred with the purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please call or email to make arrangements.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the Chittenden Superior Court in Burlington Vermont, for all claims arising out of or relating to this agreement.

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export laws. The terms and conditions set forth herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Lippa’s, Inc. The waiver by one party of any default of the other party shall not waive subsequent defaults of the same or different kind. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the agreement will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.

Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are graded and evaluated in their mountings to the maximum extent that the mounting permits examination. Approximate weights are formulated by taking measurements and applying acceptable formulas; as such they are estimates only. Keen determination of color, clarity and proportions may be prevented by certain types of mountings, small fancy, round, full and single, and baguette cut diamonds (melee) are evaluated according to their approximate weights and average quality grades using Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grading scale.

Major diamonds are graded with the use of pre-graded permanent master diamonds color comparison stones and the grading nomenclature prescribed by the GIA.

Because mountings prohibit full and accurate observation of gem quality and weight, all data pertaining to mounted gems can be considered as approximate unless accompanied by an independent laboratory certificate. Unless otherwise stated, all color gemstones and pearls are assumed to be subject to a relatively stable and possibly undetected color or clarity enhancement.

Authenticity, antiquity, decorative periods, vintages and or circa dating are determined to the best of our ability based on Content incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks and signatures, lapidary techniques, technological developments and consultation of our extensive reference library and Content. Dating and period attributions are not an exact science as decorative periods frequently overlap and borrow influences from one another.

We want our users to always be aware of any information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We respect each website visitor’s right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name: not the e-mail address.

During online ordering a user must give certain contact information, we never sell or give away this information. It is only gathered to contact the user about products on our website for which s/he has expressed interest.
