This beautiful pocket watch was made by Elgin National Watch company. The company was founded in 1864 in Elgin, Illinois and produced watches into the 1960's. This particular watch is one of only 2,000 made, produced in 1893. It is made of 14 karat yellow gold, and has a hunter case. The details of the case are extraordinary! The front case of the watch features a modified shield shape in rose gold embellished with green and white gold accents. The shield has not been engraved, so you can add your own piece of family history to this amazing pocket watch. The back case depicts a rose gold flower vase accented with green, white and high karat gold flowers and designs.
